TRADITIONAL SAUNA

Get the best of both at Me Time Recovery with your choice of Infrared sauna or Traditional sauna. Traditional sauna uses high heat (up to 95 degrees) and steam to increase the humidity which brings on a much faster and intense sweat. Both saunas offer amazing and lasting benefits, the choice mostly comes down to user preference.
